The fete will start at 11.30 with a procession from the Broke Farm Recreation Ground with the May Queen and others in fancy dress.
The traditional village fete will feature a May Queen, tug-of war, horsey hopper derby, pot of gold, lob the loo roll, fun dog show and much else. The Model Railway Society will have an exhibition in the village hall and a full steam loco on the green.
Please note that Rushmore Hill will be closed to traffic for about 30 minutes from 11.30 am. Then there will be normal two-way traffic but please observe the temporary NO PARKING signs. If the weather is fair (no rain for previous 48 hours) you can park at the Broke Farm Recreation Ground.
