Welcome to our Village
Pratts Bottom is a small village in the London Borough of Bromley with a thriving community. The village has a Primary School, Chapel, Pub and many societies and clubs that meet in the Village Hall.
The Village is named after the Pratt family from the 14th century. Until the 1830s the village was on the toll road from London to Hastings and was the haunt of smugglers and highwaymen. Dick Turpin used to drink in the village pub.
In more recent times Pratts Bottom has featured in the ITV drama Mr Bates vs The Post Office!
